Description

We’re looking for a team leader for our KUX team in the Media & Telecom R&D unit.

We’re developing a turnkey TV app product across all iOS and Android devices (Mobile and TV) for the PayTV platform that will be used by top tier customers and will help them to shape the future TV experience for their end users.

The day-to-day

• Manage a team of highly skilled react native mobile developers
• Communicate with an additional remote team across the world
• Provide mentoring and perform code reviews for your team members and peers
• Code and ship complex new features at high velocity and high quality for our React Native App
• Implement unit test and create CI/CD flow
• Work in an agile development process

Requirements

• Highly skilled React Native developer/team leader with 5 or more years of experience in development of complex, enterprise-grade systems
• Leading Experience +2 years
• Excellent user experience intuition and skills
• Fluency in Typescript, Javascript , CSS3
• Deep understanding of Native and HTML/CSS layouts
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline deployment and continuous delivery practices
• Ability to work and learn independently as well as in a team environment
• Working in a distributed agile environment
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) and excellent communication skills
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Good to have

• Experience with native modules and JSI
• Familiarities with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, and Android studio
• Experience with publishing to the app to Google Store / App Store
• Experience with automated testing suites
• BSc/BA in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• Experience with managing remote/distributed team
